The Trust relies on the help and support of many volunteers who are managed by a small core of paid staff. Our volunteers are given full training free of charge. This includes National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, Reception training and Maintenance training. Many of our volunteers are students, people wanting to return to the working environment, parents or retired people.
